Diana Tate Vermeire, JD, is an executive attorney with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of social justice advocacy and organizational effectiveness. She partners with executives, boards, and senior teams who need practical ways to align mission, strategy, and day-to-day operations—especially in values-driven environments. She helps clients clarify priorities, strengthen governance and decision-making, design operating models that work, and move from equity commitments to measurable, sustainable practice.

With more than two decades of leadership across philanthropy, higher education, and civil rights advocacy, Diana brings a rare combination of executive operations experience, civil rights and legal compliance expertise, and leadership development to change efforts that require both trust-building and disciplined execution.
