Meet the Founder

Diana Tate Vermeire, JD, is an executive attorney with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of social justice advocacy and organizational effectiveness. She partners with executives, boards, and senior teams who need practical ways to align mission, strategy, and day-to-day operations—especially in values-driven environments. She helps clients clarify priorities, strengthen governance and decision-making, design operating models that work, and move from equity commitments to measurable, sustainable practice.

With more than two decades of leadership across philanthropy, higher education, and civil rights advocacy, Diana brings a rare combination of executive operations experience and civil rights/compliance expertise to change efforts that require both trust-building and disciplined execution.

As a consultant, Diana supports clients with strategic planning and facilitation, governance and policy development, organizational design, compliance and risk assessment, and equity-centered change management—delivering clear plans, stronger systems, and leaders equipped to act.
